Message You're stock, which means that you've still got the EGR and coolant lines under the plenum. For a first timer, that makes a plenum pull a multi-hour affair.

Once you've got the plenum off, you will be able to get to all the hangers that will prevent you from removing the harness. The difficult part of the pull (in my opinion) is getting all the insulation out from between the firewall and the evaporator. After that's out, all that's left is the crossbar from the footwell. From there, get the white connector out first (no need to de-pin or anything), and then the blue ECU connector.

Similarly, people will tell you that you can't get the MAF connector into place without pulling the condenser core. This is also not true, at least with the old style connector (dunno about the new style one).

Also, if you're planning to replace the CAS, make sure you've got a timing light to set base timing.
